Prospektr™ — Finding Your Next Customers
Stop waiting for the phone to ring. Prospektr surfaces the local teams, leagues, schools, businesses, and events that buy custom apparel — and hands you a list you can work.
What Prospektr does
Most shops grow on referrals and whoever happens to call. Prospektr gives you a second engine: it finds the local businesses, teams, leagues, schools, clubs, and events that already order shirts, hats, and uniforms — many of them from a shop three towns over — and turns them into a working list of leads to chase. It's prospecting that runs while you're busy printing.
Opening Prospektr
Prospektr runs as its own focused tool. Open it from the Products menu (Prospektr) or launch it from the Prospektr page. It opens in its own window so your prospecting workspace stays separate from day-to-day shop management.
Find — set your territory
Start by telling Prospektr where you sell. Set your radius or territory, and it surfaces the orgs in your service area that actually buy decorated apparel, organized by category so you can see who's worth a call.
- 1Set your service radius or territory.
- 2Browse the orgs Prospektr surfaces — teams, clubs, businesses, and events near you.
- 3Filter by category to focus on the work you want most.
Qualify — focus on the best fits
Not every name is worth your time. Prospektr scores how well each prospect fits a custom-apparel buyer, so you spend your calls on the leads most likely to order instead of dialing the whole phone book.
Pipeline — track who you're chasing
Every prospect lands in a working list you can manage: who you've contacted, who's warm, who's next. It's a steady queue of leads instead of a sticky note on your monitor — so follow-ups don't fall through the cracks.
Export — run outreach your way
When you're ready to reach out, export your whole list to CSV in one click. Run it however you sell: an email blast, a call sheet, a mailer, or straight into your outreach tool. Your leads, no lock-in.
The categories Prospektr finds — teams and leagues, clubs and orgs, local businesses, and events — tend to reorder season after season. Landing one booster club or rec league often means recurring work, not a one-time run.
